The hotel is fairly clean and pleasant. the staff is friendly. the executive queen room comes with a board as standard, a huge private balcony, and very comfortable beds. the service is excellent. the pool area is great.

The rooms are brand-new with comfy beds and smoke detectors. the location in the Salamanca district is absolutely perfect and fantastic, near O'Donnell metro stations and bus stops.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful Jardín del Retiro, offering easy access to a relaxing stroll in nature. It is also close to iconic landmarks such as Puerta de Alcalá and the trendy shopping district of Serrano. You can easily explore the charming streets and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

Some staff members in the rooftop bar/grill and breakfast restaurant were not as friendly as expected, which slightly diminished the overall experience.

Amazingly Friendly and Helpful Staff

During our recent stay at Novotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One evening, we were planning to go to a popular show in Madrid, but we were unsure about how to get there. One of the staff members, who spoke excellent English, not only provided us with clear directions but also took the time to print out a map for us. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants in the area that aren't touristy. It's also centrally located and close to the airport. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.
